Version 2026-09-05-v4DARUL FALAH CIC · 14867627Published 5 September 2026

What it is

Members contribute to one communal fund. If a registered person dies, an authorised person may ask Darul Falah to consider a discretionary funeral grant. Contributions do not create a personal pot and support is never guaranteed.

What you may be asked to contribute

First year£60£100
Renewal£7 monthly or £60 yearly£10 monthly or £100 yearly
Community event£30£55

Who can join and remain

Objective checks can accept a straightforward application automatically; ambiguous or failed checks go to human review before payment.

What may be considered

Every figure is a ceiling. The actual decision may be lower or zero and cannot exceed verified eligible costs.

The first 45 days

Membership becomes active when an accepted application’s initial contribution clears. A request may be made at any time, but an event within the first 45 days is flagged for enhanced human review and may require additional evidence. Support remains discretionary and may be zero.

How a request is decided

Decisions consider the circumstances, verified costs, need, other assistance, fund resources and community purpose.
