How to make an initial enquiry

For an initial enquiry, please contact Darul Falah by email at info@darulfalah.org. Please use this email as the first point of contact. A Darul Falah representative can then explain what information may be needed at the appropriate stage.

Please do not send sensitive documents at this stage. This includes death certificates, identification documents, medical or hospital records, financial hardship evidence, or details about other family members. If specific documents are needed, an authorised Darul Falah representative will explain what is required and how to provide it at the appropriate stage.

Please also do not send personal details about other family members, children, or third parties unless those people have agreed to be contacted.

Scheme development notice

Darul Falah is reviewing how community funeral support may be structured in the future. Internal discussions are ongoing, including with appropriate advisers. No contribution amounts or fixed support figures are available through this website. Public information about any future structured support would only be provided after the necessary legal, financial, privacy, and committee decisions have been made.
